The products must be returned in their original packaging. Don’t dispose any original packaging before trying the item and deciding to keep it. All the labels and price tags have to be included as well.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused in the original package. Items should be returned new, unused, in the same condition as you received them. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
After deciding to return/exchange the item, please ensure that you first contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (+358 40 7044220). Please communicate the return of the merchandise as soon as possible within 14 days. At this point you can also ask us to reserve the article in the new article required.
When we have received the item and approved it to be returned, we will either replace the item to another for free or give you a refund. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or your bank account.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
