Return Policy

We always wish that you are happy with your ONAR purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. To return or exchange, the items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Items must be returned with original hangtags and in original packaging.

Cost of return:

Finland: Free of charge
EU/Switzerland: 10€
Non-EU/Overseas: 25€

The return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a refund following the method of your payment. Depending on your bank or credit card, the refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

Kindly note that gift cards are non-refundable.
