Shipping information

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Note! Pre-orders will be shipped in 2-4 weeks after order confirmation.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date confirmation and tracking information for your order. Shipping times vary; with standard DHL Express service we estimate you will receive an order within x business days of its ship date.

 

UPS

All orders shipped with UPS require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am-6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

You will receive either e-mail or text message with DHL tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose best possible delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to UPS Service Point or UPS Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.

If you choose the delivery to the UPS Service Point or Parcel Locker, the shipment will be held for 14 days before it will be returned to ONAR Studios.

 

Taxes and duties

If you are making the purchase of the products from a country outside the European Union, you will only be charged for product price and delivery. The import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limit to: import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.

 

Important information

All orders are fully traceable through our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. ONAR Studios is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carries or customs clearance.

 

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, ONAR Studios reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

 

Insurance

ONAR Studios insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by ONAR Studios.
