Return Policy

We always want you to be happy with your Onar purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the items within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original hangtags and packaging.

The cost and arrangement of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

After you have made the return shipment, please provide us with the tracking number.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at onar@onarstudios.com with your order number in the subject line within a few minutes of placing your order.

Office fee on returns

Finland: Free of charge
EU/Switzerland: 10€
Non-EU/Overseas: 25€

The return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a refund following the method of your payment. Depending on your bank or credit card, the refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

Kindly note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

At Onar Studios, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with care and integrity. In the event of an unexpected delay, customers may have the right to cancel their order under the conditions outlined below.

Right to Cancel Due to Delay

If your order is delayed beyond the delivery timeframe confirmed by Onar Studios, you may request a cancellation and refund only if Onar Studios is unable or explicitly refuses to complete delivery within a reasonable extended period.
During any additional delivery period communicated by Onar Studios, cancellation is only possible if we confirm that the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed.
