Return Policy

We always want you to be happy with your ONAR purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the items within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original hangtags and packaging.

The cost and arrangement of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at onar@onarstudios.com with your order number in the subject line within a few minutes of placing your order.

Cost of return:

Finland: Free of charge
EU/Switzerland: 10€
Non-EU/Overseas: 25€

The return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a refund following the method of your payment. Depending on your bank or credit card, the refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

Kindly note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

At ONAR Studios, we are committed to delivering high-quality products in a timely manner. However, if an unexpected delay occurs, customers have the right to cancel their order under the conditions outlined below.

Right to Cancel Due to Delay

If your order is delayed, you have the right to cancel your purchase only after Onar Studios additional delivery period is exceeded. If we are unable to deliver your order within this extended timeframe of two weeks, you may request a cancellation and a refund.

During the additional delivery period, cancellation is only possible if ONAR Studios explicitly refuses to deliver the order within the agreed timeframe.
